Election Awareness Event at Eastern State Penitentiary

Program Overview:
Eastern State Penitentiary is launching a series of evening programs that will run Wednesday nights from May 7th through July 2nd, 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. We’ll kick off the series on May 7th with an evening of civics-themed programming, in partnership with C70, the League of Women Voters of Philadelphia, and Councilmember Thomas’s office to draw attention to the upcoming election and the ballot question regarding the establishment of a prison oversight commission.
