Future of Female Leadership

We hope you will join us for an armchair discussion – co-hosted by Impact100 Philadelphia and the Philadelphia League of Women Voters – focused on the past, present, and future of female leadership, particularly in fields that we might think of as traditionally male-dominated.  We hope that our attendees will leave the program with an appreciation of the challenges that female leaders have overcome, a familiarity with the obstacles still present today, and optimism about the future of female leadership. Potential discussion topics include:

• Inequity based on gender and intersectionalities with race, socioeconomic status, and education

• Combating gender biases in traditionally male-dominated fields (e.g., tech, economics, politics)

• The importance of women-driven coalitions in making change
